When I go in I maneuver myself to avoid getting the young tall white guy (I think he usually works in the kitchen) whose dirty clothes make me little weary. I got unlucky on Tuesday (11/08/16) early morning, he was alone with a female employee and I got him! Every time I tried to take bite of the egg sandwich he made, his clothes and appearance came to mind, had to dump it.
Best bagel in town, made on premises. Great morning breakfast too. Cheerful service.

Best bagels, egg sandwiches and pastries around!! The staff is very welcoming and friendly as well which is a huge plus. Also, don't avoid the guys who work in the kitchen for service as well just because their shirts have flour on them from making bagels and everything else they do! I would highly recommend Holbrook Bagel Bakery to everyone!
Good bagels, breakfast and reasonable prices.
The negative I see is the big turn over for front counter staff, its like new staff every few weeks, some employees some seem bit disgruntled and unhappy. There was a young lady who appeared friendly and very clean but she didn't last long.
Its a good place and I will take a chance again, will just wait in the car and go in at the right person is at the front.
Bagels n rolls r very fresh but when u ask them to toast ur bagel, the girls never do.
