We scheduled an 8:00 appointment this morning with 8:00 being the first appointment. Why would you schedule five families when there are only four rooms available? I realize offices get backed up but it shouldn't happen first thing in the morning. We didn't get in until 8:30.

Great experience! Couldn't ask for a better visit with my children!

Horrible!!! Very Mean blonde that comes to get the child from the waiting room has no business working with children .. she wanted me to carry my child kicking and screaming to the back instead of letting me calming talk to her. Quite barbaric this woman had no time for the child's fear of the dentist and showed no patience or maybe she just hates her life and her job . She has no business working with children she should have become a prison guard it would have suited her much better . Needless to say we got nothing done because my child was too upset. We have an appointment with another dentist that has informed me that Kiddsmiles is a horrible place to bring you child I hope we can undo the damaged caused from going there .

The dentist seems very young but she is friendly and worked well with my child. She seemed cheerful and reminded my daughter about the benefits of healthy brushing and flossing.

Good Luck Everyone

Plus they charge 150 for nitrous. Seriously ? 150 a pop for nitrous. I will tell everyone, have letters from Dr Michelle and the other drs. One dentist even used a diagodent which detects decay and got high readings on the teeth dr Michelle claims there was no decay present.

We eventually were led to the back and had a woman named Janet as the hygienist. She was extremely friendly and helped my shy daughter relax. Cleaning was done with care and I'm generally happy.

Probably would have been a 5 if not for that long wait. The entire point of signing up for the first appointment is so that you don't have to wait in the waiting room.

If we are late or miss an appointment, they will charge me. If they miss the appointment, then tough luck. It's my pet peeve and it seems the office manager should look into scheduling better.

Cavities at not subjective! That's what was told to me! Had my son evaluated by 3 different dental offices plus kidsmiles. All 3 detected cavities, kid smiles. insisted 2 of the 3 teeth were stained. Took my son back for them to evaluate my son again with letters from the other dentists to and dr Michelle claimed cavities are subjective. Only reason I was going there is because they accept my sons insurance and they claim to treat children with special needs.

I absolutely love Kiddsmiles. The staff is not only friendly but extremely patient and caring to each of the children!
