We used to go to this location, but I don't know what happened to the good employees. The most recent time we went it was awful. The staff knew nothing about the boots and rushed us because they all want to smoke their cigarettes. We left and went to the Huntington location which was 1,000 times better service. This Holbrook location definitely lost us as customers.

Used to come here years ago but now I think this will be my last time returning. Lady in store seemed lost. I dropped off a pair of boots for cleaning and she looked puzzled. Then claims she couldn't find me in the system yet I've been to that location 3 times. Horrible customer service for Red Wing.
